Spring Football 2009: Although we do not currently offer a spring league, MCPWFCA, its Rules & Regulations, and its Bylaws have always encouraged and supported year-round athletic activity through any, and all, sports to help our athletes develop both as football players and, more importantly, as good healthy kids. While league rules DO address our coaches and the manipulation of spring football, by them, to create a competitive advantage for their specific teams during our regular fall season, they, DO NOT, in any way, prohibit MCPWFCA players from participating in spring football leagues. If you plan on COACHING in a spring/summer football league please consult the MCPWFCA Bylaws and Rules & Regulations.

This league was founded over 50 years ago on the premise of fair play and full participation for every child in the league regardless of ability, social status or gender. It is because of this commitment to the kids, that MCPWFCA, which still remains a non-profit, volunteer organization, has provided, and will continue to provide, full equipment (including helmets, shoulder pads, pants and uniforms) for every football player and guarantees that child quality playing time in every game. We will continue to provide quality coaches and volunteers that are both qualified and knowledgeable of the game as well as dedicated to the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, responsibility and commitment. We truly believe that the lessons learned through youth sports, if taught properly, can, and will, carry over into everyday life, both now and in the future.
